Zbrush is defaulted to use the WinTab tablet driver API, so you will need to change this in Preferences. In TV Paint's menu bar, go to Edit > Preferences > General and Change Tablet to "Ink". In Toon Boom Harmony's menu bar, go to Edit > Preferences > Advanced > Uncheck the box labeled "Use Qt Wintab Tablet Support" and relaunch the application.
